The Mental Health Digital Innovation (MHDI) Digital Navigators manage a portfolio of digital mental health projects which form part of the UK MHG Programme.
The UK Mental Health Goals (MHG) programme aims to transform mental health research and improve outcomes for people affected by mental health conditions.
Digital Navigators play a key enabling role within the programme, supporting the implementation of digital mental health research and innovation in clinical settings. Acting as a bridge between national research programmes and frontline services, Digital Navigators work closely with clinicians, researchers, service users and digital partners to support the rollout and evaluation of digital tools.
Our Digital Navigators are actively involved in developing innovative approaches to implementing new digital innovations in mental health services, working with a variety of stakeholders (industry, researchers, clinicians, lived experience experts). as part of the national team driving innovation in mental health.
They are key in the implementation of digital mental health technologies across NHS trusts nationwide, ensuring equal access for people living with severe mental illness.
